Volkswagen will be offering an all-new electric vehicle to consumers in Canada starting next year, the all-new Volkswagen ID.4. The latter will be powered by a powerful electric motor and will offer a large capacity battery that will provide plenty of range.

The official range figure has yet to be released, but we have the reported range in the United States which is over 400 kilometers. An 82-kWh battery takes care of powering the new ID.4 which can be recharged with a fast charging station. This gives the new Volkswagen ID.4 80% range in just 38 minutes.

Available in rear-wheel drive or all-wheel drive versions, the Volkswagen ID.4 is actually a utility vehicle with a 302-horsepower engine. This allows it to reach 100 km/h in just 6 seconds.
