Turner Volkswagen is adding to our team! We are looking for a reliable, organized, and energetic self-starter to fill an Apprentice Technician position within our company. We are looking to bring on an enthusiastic, honest person that is committed to work alongside their team members to provide an industry-leading customer experience to our clients.
Available Position: Apprentice Technician
Start Date: Immediately
Hours: Full Time
Position Description:
You are a talented, detail-oriented self-starter with a strong desire to learn and produce quality work. You have a positive attitude and work well both independently and as a team. At Turner Volkswagen we equip our team members with extensive in shop and factory training to get you to Red Seal status. We are committed to providing honest advice, and high-quality work to our customers.
Position Duties:
- Assist journeyman technicians
- Perform maintenance on shop equipment
- Daily shop clean up
- Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Complete all provided training
- Complete required hours to advance through BC Red Seal apprenticeship program
- General shop support as required
