Turner VW is the closest VW dealership to our residence and it turns out the very best! My husband and I strolled in to just a have look on a Friday afternoon and were warmly and calmly greeted by Blair with a handshake and business card. So far so good. Sophisticated. We were there to help us decide between two models : Tiguan or Taos. There is nothing like the actual hands on experience of exploring the vehicles along with of course helpful (calm), knowledgeable, confident and enthusiastic sales specialists (Blair in our case)! The following Wednesday we drove away to our house with our new Taos!! (Side point: Taos rhymes with house). Business/finance manager Sarah was professional, concise, friendly and mindful of our time and hers. Wonderful! Next, auto insurance where Westland Insurance agent Prabhs got us ready for the road in his area of expertise. All professionals we met with humour and integrity. Well done Turner VW! The service advisors are friendly, knowledgeable and transparent through the entire process, which we very much appreciate. There are no hidden fee's, no BS and no upselling which is so refreshing. We get information at face value and recommendations along the way when it comes to maintaining our vehicle for optimal performance. I also love that Turner VW has a shuttle service and the kind, caring and friendly nature of the shuttle drivers, we appreciate you all so much.

The most effortless, stress free experience purchasing a vehicle I've ever had!
As my wife's car was about to turn into a money pit we decided it was time to upgrade.
After a few weeks of looking around, we decided to look at a cute little used Hyundai Kona on their lot.
Being from a background in car sales myself, it was refreshing not to be jumped on and pressured by a hungry sales person.
Quite the opposite in fact.
We were greeted by a smiling, laid back, extremely polite gentleman named Eric.
Gave us the full background of the vehicle and gave us an incredible deal!
Once the sale was finalized, we then went into the business office and had the pleasure of dealing with Sarah.
Again, no pressure of having an undercoating package forced upon you like other dealerships in the past.
Sarah is the most helpful, honest and sweet manager we've met on our search.
Took her time to explain all the options available to us and called several banking institutions to find us the best rate.
Truly loves her job and is great at doing it with the customers best interest at heart.
