Excellent service. Fixed the issue within 2 days. It was completely covered under an extended warranty issue. Inspected if any other issues needed addressed. Didn’t try to upsell unneeded repairs. Which I really appreciated. Booked in for some maintenance that is needed. Quote for that work was fair and reasonable. Will definitely be our new service centre for our VW Tiguan. Only one problem , my wife had to walk thru the showroom, now she wants the 2026 VW Tiguan !! 😂😂 …..maybe when we upgrade in a couple of years 😜.
We purchased a used Nissan and traded in our vehicle and were very happy with the entire process. The sales staff were all very friendly and easy to deal with - no pressure tactics whatsoever.
