Pay: $20.00–$30.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (flexible depending on candidate)

Position Overview
We are looking for a Paint Protection Film Technician to join our growing team. While experience is strongly preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
All tools and equipment are provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Install 3M Paint Protection Film (Clear Bra) on vehicles with precision and care
- Prepare vehicle surfaces (cleaning, decontamination, minor corrections) prior to installation
- Accurately measure, cut, and apply film using templates and bulk installation methods
- Inspect completed installations to ensure high-quality, bubble-free finishes
- Remove and reapply film when necessary to meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members regarding job status
- Follow dealership processes and manufacturer guidelines for installation
- Handle customer vehicles with professionalism and care
- Assist with other detailing or appearance protection services as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience installing PPF / Clear Bra is a strong asset
- Experience in automotive detailing or related field is an asset
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Strong manual dexterity and comfort working with hands
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license required
