Our goal is to attain the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction. We strive to accomplish this by treating customers and staff with courtesy, respect and professionalism with regard to all our commitments.

We also adhere to our corporate "core values" honesty, originality, friendliness and integrity. Every day we strive to be honest and approachable. If for any reason we have difficulty living up to the above principles, our priority is to "fix the problem."

We have been serving the Okanagan since 1953 and our reputation is built on trust.  We are the largest new and used VW dealership in the interior of BC.  We value the continued trust of all our current and future customers, in Kelowna, Penticton, Vernon, Merritt, Revelstoke, Golden and the rest of the interior of British Columbia.
